Finance Researcher | Remote

Position: Member of Technical Staff, Finance Research Type: Full-time Compensation: $400K - $800K/yr Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Design, own, and evolve evaluation frameworks for AI agents in financial domains.Conduct original research on financial reasoning and workflow automation.Develop and curate datasets and benchmark environments for enterprise finance challenges.Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to improve finance-focused models.Analyze model behavior and performance trends to generate actionable insights.Publish internal research findings and contribute to AI capabilities in finance.Stay current with advances in AI, machine learning, and financial modeling. Requirements Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related field.Deep domain expertise in finance, including investment research and risk management.Demonstrated experience conducting rigorous research and developing analytical methodologies.Strong ability to translate real-world financial problems into research questions.Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
