Finance Operations Lead, Procure-to-Pay
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Finance Operations Lead, Procure-to-Pay to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead global procure-to-pay operations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliable execution. The position will partner closely with procurement and other cross-functional teams to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support service-level commitments across the organization. It is a highly visible finance operations leadership opportunity for someone who can translate data insights into practical improvements and drive innovation through the thoughtful use of AI. Responsibilities
- Lead global procure-to-pay process strategies to improve scalability and efficiency
- Provide thought leadership in Finance Operations to enhance effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize procurement project requirements
- Evaluate and analyze data to identify business opportunities and gaps
- Manage resources effectively to execute activities and service level agreements
- Develop risk mitigation and compliance processes for procure-to-pay
- Leverage AI to boost productivity and foster innovation within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- 12-15+ years of experience in Finance Operations or process optimization
- 8+ years of leadership experience in a rapid growth environment
- Proficiency in financial process optimization for efficiency and reliability
- Expertise in financial risk management and compliance
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Compensation: $238,000 – $294,000 annually
