Essential requirements for the role

  • Financial Administration experience including invoices & orders, income collection, banking and ledger care.
  • Budgeting & Reporting experience including monitoring, variance tracking and year-end support.
  • Compliance & Procurement experience including value for money, regulations and VAT returns.
  • General Administration & Safeguarding experience including communication and safeguarding.
  • Experience using school management information systems (e.g., SIMS FMS, Access Education, PS Financials).
  • A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above.
  • A relevant accounting qualification (e.g., AET, AAT Level 2 or 3) is desirable.
