About the role
Provide accurate and timely payroll services and support key finance functions within a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preventing sexual violence and promoting safety in Tasmania.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing efficiently
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Contribute to month-end accruals and financial reporting
- Support funding acquittals
Requirements
- Qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll administration
- At least two years of experience in accounting or payroll roles
- Proficiency or quick learning ability with software such as Xero and ELMOS
- Strong attention to detail and systematic follow-up
- Good priority management skills
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card and willingness to obtain a National Police Check
