Finance Manager, WW Grocery Stores FP&A

About the role

The WW Grocery Stores FP&A organization is dedicated to working closely with leadership teams, including Whole Foods Market, Fresh, and core Amazon.com, to report performance and formulate the medium and long term financial and strategic plans for grocery, omni-channel and new physical store formats across Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Support planning cycles (e.g., rest-of-year, 1-year, 3-year, 10-year), including preparing financials reports and P&Ls, conducting in-depth analysis, and collecting key insight from finance partners.
• Drive strategic projects across our Amazon Grocery banners.
• Provide valuable insight for decision-making and financial planning.
• Analyze and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support WW Amazon Stores Finance (IPAT) and Corporate FP&A to communicate grocery plans and performance to Amazon senior leadership and Board of Directors.
• Continue developing the team’s vision, establish a positive team culture, and develop top talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

Skills

• Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills are critical in this role.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).

• USA, NY, New York - 104,900.00 - 179,500.00 USD annually
• USA, TX, Austin - 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington - 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle - 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 USD annually
