About the role

The WW FBA organization is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the Product, Tech, and Operations leadership team. This role requires strategic thinking, operational acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting for your business area.
  • Understand input drivers and validate data integrity to influence strategic decision-making and long-range planning.
  • Leverage data to surface disruptive ideas and deliver actionable guidance to business leaders globally.
  • Prioritize Controllership by identifying, resolving, or providing guidance on complex data integrity issues.
  • Strengthen controls to mitigate financial risk and reinforce frugality.
  • Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs.
  • Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
  • Communicate data clearly, concisely, and unambiguously—both written and verbal.
  • Adapt style across audiences to articulate complex finance issues with precision.
  • Collect and analyze data to develop insightful reporting that drives business performance improvement and cost reduction.
  • Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit to foster constructive dialogue, harmonize conflicting views, and drive decisions.
  • Serve as a positive, collaborative influencer who models operational excellence and efficiency for new team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
  • 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
  • 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
  • 4+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).
  • MBA, or CPA.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

Pay

Base salary range: $104,900.00 - $179,500.00 USD annually
