About the role

The US Non Sort Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across US Non Sort. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to support a rapidly expanding business.
  • Coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.
  • Influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment.
  • Collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon.
  • Bring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritize the most impactful projects and programs that will drive the US Non Sort business segment forward.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $85,900.00 - $146,900.00 USD annually.

Schedule

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
