Ai Solution Development & Deployment

Own the strategy and delivery of agentic AI solutions targeting the reorientation of tens of thousands of hours annually from repetitive tasks toward strategic finance work.
Lead development of AI assistants for core finance workflows.
Define minimum lovable product (MLP) scope, accuracy thresholds, and launch gates for each AI solution, ensuring human-in-the-loop validation before stakeholder deployment.
Partner with S&A to transition validated prototypes into production-grade systems; own business requirements and user acceptance criteria.
Manage the AI incubation pipeline from ideation through orchestration, evaluating technical feasibility, business impact, and scalability of proposed solutions.

Governance, Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership

Own signature projects on the NACF Finance AI roadmap in partnership with S&A, ensuring alignment with WW Stores GenAI strategy and WWASF AI Transformation Tenets.
Govern AI deployment through defined quality gates: automatability assessment, data readiness validation, and trust infrastructure requirements.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to identify high-ROI automation opportunities and build stakeholder trust.
Maintain technology strategy alignment with Amazon-native tools (Quick, Orcha, Mentor, REI) while preserving flexibility to adapt as the AI landscape evolves.
