Finance Manager, Supply Chain Optimization, NACF
About the role
Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to drive supply chain optimization initiatives with a financial lens. This role focuses on the inputs, thinking like an owner within a dedicated team committed to operational and financial excellence in the world’s most complex retail network, delivering billions of packages annually.
The US Amazon Robotics Sortable (USARS) Finance team partners across Operations and program teams to support a rapidly expanding business, building a connected network of fulfillment centers, delivery stations, sort centers, and technology to deliver customers' packages on time.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead critical partnerships with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to drive a nationwide agenda focused on optimization, efficiency, and data-driven insights.
- Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to uncover actionable insights and drive substantial cost savings across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Translate complex financial findings into compelling narratives through exceptional writing skills to influence strategic decisions of senior leaders.
- Lead extensive cross-functional initiatives, navigating complex organizational structures and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
- 6+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
Qualifications
- CPA or MBA.
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
- 5+ years of experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- 5+ years of experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, determining root causes, and creating/implementing escalation plans.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Pay
- USA, NY, New York: $104,900.00 - $179,500.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville: $85,900.00 - $146,900.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Irving: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
