Finance Manager, Productivity Reporting and Analytics

Amazon's North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to drive productivity reporting for our fulfillment centers. Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across North America Customer Fulfillment
- Oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership
- Influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
- Collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon
- Bring excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritize the most impactful projects and programs that will drive insightful productivity reporting forward
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
