About the role

This role supports the Financial Planning and Reporting processes for North America Operations, partnering closely with Customer Fulfillment, Inbound Transportation, and Outbound Transportation to drive delivery of valuable financial insights across a rapidly changing, dynamic E2E supply chain network.

Responsibilities

Drive E2E Supply Chain cost strategy by partnering with business and finance teams across the transportation network—surfacing insights, identifying optimization opportunities, and making informed recommendations in ambiguous, data-limited environments.
Own & manage the FP&A systems and data infrastructure supporting Outbound network planning—maintaining metadata accuracy, governing data hierarchies, and ensuring integrity across complex, interconnected financial systems at scale. Drive the technical roadmap through automation, process redesign, and scalable solutions that increase data reliability and reduce manual effort.
Synthesize cross-functional inputs across Customer Fulfillment, Inbound Transportation, and Outbound Transportation to identify cost drivers, flag risks, and align operational and financial plans.
Drive critical business decisions through clear, concise communication of complex financial matters, adapting style for various audiences and delivering compelling written and verbal presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
CPA, or MBA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
