Finance Manager – Open Market Projects and Digitalization

About the role

A Snapshot of Your Day As Finance Manager for Open Market Projects, Digitalization, and Emerging Markets in Latin America, you will play a critical leadership role in driving profitable growth and financial performance across the region. You will provide commercial and financial leadership for high-value open-market projects, major gas turbine modernization and upgrade programs, complex service opportunities, and emerging business activities while partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and Operations. In addition, you will serve as the Regional Finance Digitalization Lead, driving process transformation, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, forecasting, and decision-making across the Finance organization. This role requires a strategic finance leader who can influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex commercial environments, mitigate risk, optimize cash flow, and enable scalable and sustainable growth across an increasingly diverse project and services portfolio.

Gas Services Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and financial management of large-scale open-market projects, gas turbine modernization programs, upgrades, and complex service opportunities across Latin America, driving profitability, cash flow, margin protection, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
