Finance Manager, One Medical - Finance

Amazon Health is transforming how people access and experience healthcare. As part of this mission, Amazon One Medical (AOM) is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Strategic Growth and Network Development (SGN) finance team during an exciting period of expansion and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Independently own finance partnership for the One Medical Sales team
• Design and implement mechanisms and deep dives into the sales pipeline to identify improvements and hold a high bar for the sales team
• Strategic planning and analysis of health care partnerships and new product development
• FP&A for One Medical for Business: Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to business leaders, e.g., WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs
• Architecting new processes for FP&A using "AI native" workflows
• Quarterly guidance cycles, OP1/OP2, and long-range forecasting
• Internal head-count reporting and hiring best-practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• 6+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 4+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, or MBA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
• Experience working with other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
