About the role

Make On Demand (MOD)/Merch team seeks a Finance leader to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across MOD/Merch. This is a unique opportunity to be a leader of leaders to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across MOD/Merch.
  • Coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.
  • Lead through ambiguity, identify high priority work/projects to maximize results for key stakeholders, and solve complex problems affecting company-wide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Weekly Business reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, and other financial reporting/modeling.
  • Create process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Dissect financial data and identify patterns that support business strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
  • 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
  • 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
  • 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
  • 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
  • 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
  • 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
  • 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
  • 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $104,900.00 - $179,500.00 USD annually.
