Finance Manager, NACF Capex FP&A, North America Operations Capex, Analytics & Planning (CAP) Finance
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the North America Operations (NA Ops) Fixed, Capex, Analytics & Planning (FCAP) Finance Team and lead the FP&A space for our Capacity/Initiatives investments. This is a highly visible role supporting several business and finance leaders (L8s/L10s) on goals, launching planning review mechanisms, and building bottoms-up rolling 3-year financial models.
The right candidate must have exceptional communication and analytical skills, the ability to dive deep and succinctly communicate findings/ideas, and be able to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
- Deep-dive variances vs. plan to understand changes and uncover opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving finance, engineering, and tech teams.
- Form strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics, including ownership of project ideation, pilot implementation, stakeholder management, and expansion.
- Leverage Operations metrics to identify cost-out opportunities by linking operations and financials.
- Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
- Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting, and goal management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
- 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
Qualifications
- MBA or CPA.
- 5+ years of experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Redshift).

- USA, NY, New York: $104,900.00 - $179,500.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville: $85,900.00 - $146,900.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Irving: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue: $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually
