About the role
The US Amazon Robotics Sortable Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to spearhead critical partnerships with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams. This pivotal role demands a highly analytical mind capable of driving a nationwide agenda focused on optimization, efficiency, and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive financial analysis and optimization initiatives for the US Amazon Robotics Sortable network.
- Closely partner across Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to support a rapidly expanding business.
- Translate complex financial findings into compelling narratives through exceptional writing skills.
- Lead extensive cross-functional initiatives, requiring a strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizational structures and align diverse stakeholders towards common goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience.
- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
Qualifications

Pay
Base salary range for this position is $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually.
