We are searching for an exceptionally talented, bright, and finance to own financial planning and analysis for our transportation offerings.

About the role

You work collaboratively across a matrixed organization to define financial plans, measure financial performance, and identify risks and opportunities. The ability to manage the expectations of our leadership team, our stakeholders, customers, as well as members of the larger finance team is paramount. This is a hugely exciting role for a strategic finance professional to own a vital part of the success of our business. The scope for this role focuses on financial planning and analysis, financial strategy, and reporting/analytics design and automation.

• Understand critical business KPI's and levers within financial plans
• Make recommendations based on opportunity

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Pay

Base salary range: $85,900.00 - $146,900.00 USD annually
