Finance Lecturer (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for finance lecturers and economists to help shape how AI understands financial and economic reasoning. Your academic expertise will directly influence the quality of AI systems being trained on some of the most complex and high-stakes content in the world — from corporate valuation to market dynamics.

What You'll Do

• Review finance-related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets
• Audit the accuracy of key financial concepts including valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality and clarity of AI-generated financial reasoning
• Identify common misconceptions or logical gaps in AI outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics
• Able to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and communicate feedback effectively
• Comfortable reviewing and assessing structured content at scale
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable

Nice to Have

• Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Industry or applied finance experience (investment banking, asset management, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI systems, model evaluation, or data annotation workflows
