About the role

Join Uline’s three-year training program to gain hands-on experience in our Finance Department. Work alongside experienced professionals in Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Credit to elevate your skillset and build a strong foundation for your career. Upon program completion, you’ll be placed in a leadership role that aligns with your strengths and interests.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to help guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience a plus.
