Finance Leadership Development Program - P&S FLDP

About the Program

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is designed to accelerate the development and career of highly-motivated recent college graduates who aspire to achieve their leadership potential. The program offers challenging and rewarding rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, leadership opportunities, mentorship, and advanced education assistance.

• Experience: Three one-year rotations with increasing responsibility, providing diverse experiences through assignments, training, and mentorship.
• Opportunity to travel: Rotations primarily within the United States, evaluated annually for robustness and leadership support.
• Educational advancement: Tuition assistance for graduate school, plus technical and soft-skill training (e.g., Power BI, Executive Presence, Trusted Advisor, Change Style Indicator).
• Support: Dedicated leadership team, including a program director and coordinators. Each participant is assigned a mentor for guidance on rotations, career planning, and development.
• Personal growth: Leadership skills development through training, networking, and annual week-long leadership development conferences with executives and peers.

During this three-year program, you’ll experience assignments in finance/business functions, business areas, and product groups nationwide. Rotation examples include:

Early Start Opportunity

The official program cohort begins in June. If you have already completed your bachelor’s degree, you may be eligible to start earlier. Early starters will not participate in program elements like trainings or projects until the cohort begins. Relocation to the designated location is required for early start. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or related major from an AACSB-accredited college or university.
• Strong leadership potential demonstrated through academia, extracurricular activities, or employment.
• Achievement in non-academic pursuits such as clubs, organizations, special projects, military service, or prior work experience.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience in a related field.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Capacity and motivation for hard work.
• Ability to relocate three times over the course of the program.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $53,680 – $91,300. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, and experience).
