About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through analytical forecasts and provide influential insights. As the Lead for GTM Finance reporting to the Director of Global GTM Finance, you will drive operational rigor, lead high-profile projects, and own critical deliverables like our annual planning process. Successful candidates are inquisitive, excellent communicators, stellar problem solvers, and exceptional at project management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive flawless operational cadence and process for forecasting, annual planning, reporting, and strategic projects across Global C&P Enterprise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance leaders, sales ops, marketing ops, and product to ensure strategic alignment and critical deliverables are met.
  • Become a product and role knowledge leader within the GTM finance organization, understanding nuances across geographies and segments.
  • Develop product, role, and competitive documentation for finance team enablement.
  • Develop and drive critical metrics and standardizations across GTM finance.
  • Take high-level business questions and develop data-backed responses and recommendations with subject matter expert input.
  • Break down complex business activities into simple frameworks and assess risks and opportunities of scenarios.
  • Communicate plans, insights, and recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Establish core executive-level communication such as newsletters and recaps from meetings to capture follow-ups and hold teams accountable.
  • Create a clear and effective communication strategy to facilitate alignment, visibility, and information sharing across all field functions and organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, overcoming roadblocks, prioritizing, and implementing solutions.
  • Solid presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience, including storytelling and advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including conducting meaningful dialogues, persuading others, delivering messages tactfully, and challenging established norms.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and creative attitude with a belief that a solution exists for every problem.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter approach with a bias toward action.
  • Ability to rapidly assess problems, evaluate options, and deliver results.
  • Comfortable in a fluid environment that evolves with business needs and embraces new technologies.
  • Strong technical skills.

Pay

The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 – $243,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $168,400 – $243,850.

For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary, and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
