We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: - About the role: description after "The Role" maybe. There's a paragraph: "The Finance Lead will serve as the primary finance focal point for the Onshore Projects division, leading month-end close, project accounting, forecasting, margin analysis, revenue recognition, and financial reporting activities. The role will partner closely with Project Controls, Project Managers, business leadership, and auditors to ensure accurate financial information, appropriate project accounting, and effective financial controls." Also earlier: "Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will lead finance and accounting activities for the Onshore Projects division and manage a small team." That's also about role. Thus we can have About the role section with those paragraphs. Responsibilities: there is a list of responsibilities bullet points (starting with "Serve as the primary Finance focal point ..."). We need to put them in
  • . Qualifications: there is a "Qualifications" heading with bullet points (expected, desirable). We need to include that as Requirements or Qualifications. Use

for Qualifications (or Requirements). The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: strong numerical and analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, etc. But we should not invent; we can include a Skills section if there is explicit list of skills. The posting includes "Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs", "Strong understanding of project accounting principles, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and financial reporting", "Excellent time-management skills", "Strong written and verbal English communication skills", "Ability to organize and provide timely financial information", "Proven ability to explain and influence the application of project accounting principles with non-finance personnel", "Ability to work independently and collaboratively". Those are skills. We could put them in a Skills section. Benefits: The posting includes "What we can offer" bullet list: meaningful projects, flexible working arrangements, commitment to diversity, competitive salary, flexible benefits package, commitment to continued professional development, global connections. Also there is a line: "Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the marke" (typo). That's about Pay. Also "Flexible benefits package that can be adapted to suit your lifestyle". So we have Benefits and Pay. Schedule: maybe flexible working arrangements mention hybrid model. That could be Schedule. The posting says "Flexible working arrangements that balance client, team and individual needs through our standard hybrid working model". That's schedule info. Thus we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes Diversity Statement and About Us etc. Those are boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Diversity Statement and About Us might be considered boilerplate but they contain substantive info about company. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Diversity Statement is EEO. So we should remove that. Also "About Us" maybe not required but could be considered company description; not explicitly prohibited. Might keep but safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the Diversity Statement (EEO). The About Us paragraph is not EEO; it's company overview. Might keep but could be considered not required. However we have limited sections; we could include a short paragraph about company under About the role? Not needed. Probably we can omit About Us to keep focused. Also there is line: "In our recruitment and hiring process at Wood Canada Ltd., we want to emphasize that we do not employ artificial intelligence or automated systems to screen or select candidates." That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered process info; not required to keep? It's not a section heading; could be included in About the role? Might be considered irrelevant; but we can keep as part of About the role? Probably better to omit as it's not directly about role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line is substantive about hiring process. Might be considered relevant. But we have no section for it; we could include a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Hiring Process". But not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as a short p. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

    About the role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will lead finance and accounting activities for the Onshore Projects division and manage a small team. The Finance Lead will serve as the primary finance focal point for the Onshore Projects division, leading month-end close, project accounting, forecasting, margin analysis, revenue recognition, and financial reporting activities. The role will partner closely with Project Controls, Project Managers, business leadership, and auditors to ensure accurate financial information, appropriate project accounting, and effective financial controls. In our recruitment and hiring process at Wood Canada Ltd., we want to emphasize that we do not employ artificial intelligence or automated systems to screen or select candidates.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary Finance focal point supporting the Onshore Projects division and lead a small team of accountants
    • Lead month-end close activities, including revenue and cost accruals, gross margin analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation and presentation of month-end financial packages
    • Review commercial agreements, agreed rates, and required approvals to ensure appropriate financial accounting
    • Provide project accounting support during project kick-off meetings and monthly project review meetings
    • Work with Project Controls to ensure projects are appropriately structured to capture contractual requirements, including lump sum contracts, revenue recognition points, and billing milestones
    • Review project costs and record necessary accruals for missing costs to maintain accurate project margins
    • Review variation orders and potential variation orders, confirming appropriate accounting based on their status and probability of client award
    • Ensure revenue recognition and billing milestones are appropriately accounted for and aligned with project requirements

    • Perform margin analysis, including cost rate versus sell rate and mix and volume variance analysis
    • Prepare full-project forecasts through completion and compare projected results against the original “as sold” position
    • Perform contingency analysis and ensure contingency releases or increases are appropriately reflected in project accounting
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts for assigned service lines
    • Lead engagement with internal and external auditors to successfully complete relevant audits

    Qualifications

    • Expected Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
    • Professional qualification in Accounting (CA) required; CPA or CMA designation an asset
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with a proven track record in full-cycle accounting, ideally within an engineering consultancy or oil and gas project environment
    • Experience working with ERP systems, including Oracle and EPM/FCC
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
    • Strong understanding of project accounting principles, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and financial reporting
    • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet month-end reporting deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality monthly reports
    • Ability to organize and provide timely financial information to stakeholders and Project Managers
    • Proven ability to explain and influence the application of project accounting principles with non-finance personnel
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of professionals in a team environment
    • Desirable Master’s degree
    • Desirable Experience leading or supervising a small accounting team
    • Desirable Experience supporting engineering, energy, or oil and gas projects
But note we already included skills inside qualifications; maybe better to separate Skills section. However qualifications list includes many skill items. To avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications as education/experience, and Skills separate for skill-based items. Let's parse: Qualifications bullet list includes education, professional qualification, years experience, ERP experience, then skills (numerical, Excel, understanding project accounting, time-management, communication, ability to organize, ability to explain, ability to work). Those are skills. So we could split: Qualifications for education/experience/credentials, Skills for abilities. Thus:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
    • Professional qualification in Accounting (CA) required; CPA or CMA designation an asset
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with a proven track record in full-cycle accounting, ideally within an engineering consultancy or oil and gas project environment
    • Experience working with ERP systems, including Oracle and EPM/FCC
    • Desirable Master’s degree
    • Desirable Experience leading or supervising a small accounting team
    • Desirable Experience supporting engineering, energy, or oil and gas projects

    Skills

Now Benefits: from "What we can offer" list. We'll create Benefits section:

    Benefits

    • Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across the oil and gas, energy, and industrial sectors
    • Flexible working arrangements that balance client, team and individual needs through our standard hybrid working model
    • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion across our business with employee networks committed to giving all employees a voice
    • Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the market
    • Flexible benefits package that can be adapted to suit your lifestyle
    • Commitment to continued professional development through development plans tailored to individual needs and interests
    • Global connections with leading industry experts around the world who are shaping the standards of our profession
Note: The line "Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the marke" had typo; we corrected to market. Pay: maybe we can extract "Competitive salary" as Pay. But we already included salary in Benefits. However instruction: create Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state competitive salary. Could make a Pay
