Finance Intern - Summer 2027

About the role

Fenner Precision Polymers is offering an internship with the Finance Team in Lititz, PA. The intern will learn various roles within the Finance Department and report to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to understand the interworking of all Finance team segments.
• Work with each finance department team member to learn their roles and responsibilities.
• Contribute to a wide range of finance tasks as an integral part of the team.
• Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Core Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple assignments.
• Curiosity and adaptability in learning and applying new technologies, including AI tools, to support business objectives and enhance effectiveness.

Education & Experience

• At least two years of college coursework in accounting or a related field.
• Experience with finance‑related subject matter.
