Responsibilities

• Leading finance function strategy consulting projects to optimize client finance structures
• Utilizing analytical thinking and business process analysis to streamline finance operations
• Driving finance transformation initiatives to enhance functional excellence and efficiency
• Managing stakeholder engagement to align finance strategies with business objectives
• Coaching team members to develop skills in finance process improvements and strategic finance
• Conducting financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Overseeing the integration of technology in finance processes to drive digital transformation
• Facilitating change management efforts to support organizational development and growth
• Collaborating with clients to address challenges in achieving contemporary operating models

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Utilizing strategic finance and financial planning skills
• Excelling in business process analysis and transformation
• Managing finance transformation projects effectively
• Leveraging data visualization and data modeling techniques
• Embracing change management and organizational design principles

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
