Finance Function Strategy Consulting - Director
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of finance function strategies to optimize client financial performance
- Analyzing current finance operating models to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and designing solutions to enhance processes
- Guiding finance transformation initiatives, including change management and talent development, to align with strategic objectives
- Overseeing the design and execution of organizational structures that support improved decision-making and financial management
- Collaborating with clients to develop financial solutions that address their unique needs and goals
- Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the finance consulting team
- Promoting technological advancements to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Cultivating executive-level client relationships to maintain and enhance PwC's reputation for quality and integrity
- Encouraging creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to address complex financial challenges
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance
- Strategic finance and financial strategy skills
- Leading finance transformation and finance process improvements
- Utilizing business performance management and business transformation techniques
- Excelling in organizational design and organizational consulting
- Promoting innovation and embracing change in finance functions
- Cultivating stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
Qualifications

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Pay
