Finance Entry Level SURF Program
About the role
The SLB US Rotational program for Finance professionals (SURF) provides successful candidates with experience in 8 different roles within the Finance function over a 2-year period. This program offers exposure to various aspects of Finance and helps build a valuable career network. Participants will join the Finance team of the global leader in energy industry services and products, with opportunities for advancement in a function that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Possible roles during the program may include Revenue Analyst, Tax Analyst, Digital Analyst, Consolidation & Reporting Analyst, Cost Accountant, or Forensic Accountant.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
- Natural curiosity to look beyond the numbers
- Passion and drive to facilitate change
- High standards of integrity
- Ability to work with data and leverage analytical tools
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire (this position does not offer current or future visa sponsorship)
