Finance Director, Wealth & Annuity Segment (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in strategic planning with leadership teams
• Provide financial support for product development and M&A activities
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure performance management discipline
• Lead cross-functional financial projects and facilitate communication
• Build and develop staff to support departmental goals
• Identify success factors to enhance financial models and strategic plans
• Manage business models and drive resolution of financial variances

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• Professional designations (CPA, CMA, CLU, ChFC, CCUE, or FSA) desirable
• 4-5 years of experience in team leadership or direction
• 3-5 years in executive consulting, influencing business decisions
• 12+ years in financial management with experience in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
