Finance Director - Credit Card & Unsecured Lending
About the role
Citizens is seeking a dynamic Finance Director (SVP) to serve as the CFO and strategic finance leader for the Credit Card and Unsecured Lending businesses. This role will partner directly with Consumer Lending leadership, Product, Risk, Treasury, Marketing, Operations, and Enterprise Finance leaders to drive business performance, profitable growth, and strategic decision-making. The position is responsible for financial leadership across Citizens' Credit Card and Unsecured Lending portfolios, including business planning, forecasting, profitability, pricing analytics, balance sheet management, credit performance oversight, capital optimization, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders while helping shape the near- and long-term growth strategy of one of Citizens' priority Consumer Lending businesses.
Responsibilities
- Business CFO Leadership
- Serve as the primary Finance executive supporting Credit Card and Unsecured Lending leadership - acting as the key advisor for executive decision making, investment prioritization, and business performance management.
- Lead financial strategy development and support achievement of growth, profitability
