Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Drive financial performance analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources and support business expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
• Conduct risk assessment and implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Support investor relations activities, including financial reporting, investor communications, and capital market transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the food supplement or related industry.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and accounting practices.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications.
• Global mindset with the ability to navigate complex international business environments.

Pay

$160,000 - $210,000
