Finance Director (Advertising/Media)

About the role

PE-backed Advertising and Media Agency HQ'd in NYC is looking to hire an Associate/Director of Client Finance to join its team. You will be reporting directly into the CFO, and tasked with overseeing all client finance and FP&A responsibilities for this growing full-service agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A processes
• Work with accounting and other teams to prepare long-range planning
• Lead client finance functions (SOW and WIP reporting, headcount planning and analysis, etc)
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes
• Lead monthly close and actual reporting
• Help to oversee full-cycle AP processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience in the advertising/media industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Schedule

This is a hybrid role, so candidate must be able to be in-office at least 2x per week (NYC).
