Finance Decision Optimization Team - Analytics Solutions Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and translate business requirements and artifacts for development readiness
  • Track and report on work progress using JIRA
  • Organize materials for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and finance teams
  • Collaborate with technology teams and internal partners to align on development plans
  • Leverage next-generation AI tools to translate business requirements into actionable code
  • Identify and implement process improvements and model enhancements
  • Monitor and evaluate automated solution performance, making necessary adjustments
  • Document development progress in JIRA and participate in regular reporting scrums
  • Escalate progress blockers appropriately
  • Execute on the product vision and roadmap

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant finance experience in the financial services industry
  • One year of SQL or Python coding experience in a cloud-based environment
  • Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines in a globally distributed environment using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or Jenkins
  • Familiarity with implementing agentic workflows using Visual Studio Code
