Finance Controller｜North America

About the role

The Finance Controller is responsible for leading the finance teams of the U.S. and Mexico factory, ensuring that all financial operations comply with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and providing strong support in manufacturing finance, cost control, and operational profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of records, financial reporting, and monthly/year-end closing.
• Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP and audit requirements.
• Manage local accounting teams and coordinate with corporate finance.
• Lead annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management plans.
• Regularly provide profit & loss analysis, cost analysis, and cash flow reports to the management team.
• Understand cost structure, material/labor allocation, overhead control (manufacturing finance & cost control – key).
