About the role

You will train and evaluate advanced AI models on complex business logic, financial modeling, and strategic reasoning. This involves creating high-standard professional materials, defining evaluation rubrics, and judging model outputs to bridge the gap between human expertise and machine intelligence, ensuring AI systems meet the rigorous standards of top-tier professional services.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous engagement with competitive pay and professional flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level prompts and gold-standard answers for corporate finance, strategy, and valuation tasks to train AI models.
• Create and review sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and financial documents to establish high-quality benchmarks for model performance.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against detailed rubrics, providing structured written feedback to improve model reasoning and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-standard corporate finance environments.
• Exceptional hands-on PowerPoint skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-useful visual narratives.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to articulate precise professional standards in structured, fluent written English.

Pay

$60–$130 per hour.
