Finance Co-Op
About the role
Assist in financial planning and forecasting, conduct financial analysis, support management reporting, collaborate across teams, participate in process improvement, drive project execution, and support quarterly earnings activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, including updating models, gathering data from business units, and helping consolidate submissions.
- Perform variance and trend analyses to explain key drivers of business performance compared to budget and forecast.
- Help prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and presentations for leadership and board reviews.
- Work closely with Corporate FP&A, business partners, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Support efforts to streamline reporting, automate manual tasks, and enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in conducting "what-if" scenario analysis and other ad hoc financial projects to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Provide analysis and data preparation as part of the quarterly results and investor relations support process.
- Participate in key projects across Finance by creating key collateral and testing documentation as well as drafting communications to assist with change management.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a basic understanding of financial statements.
- A high attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with data.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to take ownership of tasks by researching, problem-solving, and following through to completion.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to financial systems (Workday Adaptive, Workday Financial, QRM, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
