Duties
- Mailing and emailing invoices to insurers for collection of funds.
- Performing payment reminders by phone and email for 100% of collections for the billing quarters.
- Entering consent forms into the outreach billing platform for revenue collection of administration fees for vaccine outreach efforts.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
- Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certification from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment.
- Office setting, exposure to VDT, extensive personal computer and phone usage.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft programs.
- Customer service experience working with insurances and insurance coverage.
- Office supply inventory management experience.
Benefits
Salary range: $16.50 - $24.75 hourly, $34,320 - $51,480 annually.
The position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to.
