Finance Business Process Expert

What's the Job?

Define, measure, and improve end-to-end finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Partner with process owners, IT, and stakeholders to deliver measurable process enhancements.

Establish and maintain process performance metrics and measurement methodologies.

Lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and inefficiencies.

Mentor team members and build organizational capability through training and best-practice sharing.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or related areas.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt with strong project leadership considered.
• Experience with finance platforms, analytics, and reporting ecosystems, including ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments.
