About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner OEM – Global to join our team in Peachtree City, GA (hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership, actionable insights, and decision-making support to drive profitable growth across the Global OEM business.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational leaders to shape strategy, optimize performance, manage risks, and support key business initiatives through robust financial analysis and planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, business modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while monitoring performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives.
  • Support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business case development for strategic projects, commercial programs, and operational initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring strong financial governance and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance roles supporting business leaders.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, business case evaluation, financial modeling, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
  • CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly valued.
  • SAP S/4HANA (S4) preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary: $125,445.00 - 167,260.00 (based on experience level)
  • Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
