Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the corporate office.
• Captures and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reports variances.
• Analyzes financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
• Reviews and monitors monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy.
• Pairs with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through FP&A and strategic planning.
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward-looking strategies.
• Prepares annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by working with Team Leads and PCL to identify drivers and create yearly goals.
• Prepares ad hoc and monthly financial reporting.
• Mentors and trains Finance & Operations Specialists and Senior Finance & Operations Specialists.
• Assists Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance position.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time; Travel may include but not limited to B&B offices and attending B&B training and events.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
