About the role

TENICA and Associates LLC is seeking a financial management specialist with a TSSCI with CI poly clearance. The ideal candidate will provide time-sensitive and accurate financial management support.

Responsibilities

• Business case analysis
• Invoice research and analysis
• Invoice processing and reclassifications
• Cost benefit analysis
• Financial reporting and performance management
• Contract research and analysis
• Project management and funding models
• Financial reconciliation and accounting reclassifications
• Burn rate analysis, obligation analysis, and expenditure analysis
• Spend plan analysis and ad hoc financial projects
• Development of acquisition strategies and approaches

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• A TSSCI with CI poly clearance
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• Jr to Sr level positions available depending on education and experience

Skills

Preferred skills include:

• Knowledge of financial management software
• Experience with government contracts and acquisitions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
