- Work with multiple departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- MBA in Real Estate Finance preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis and investment evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex financial models.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or investment analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools.
