Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments in the hospitality sector, including acquisitions, mergers, and new developments.
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis for hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and entertainment venues.
• Evaluate potential risks and ensure that strategies are in place to mitigate them.
• Develop financial models and perform financial analysis for hospitality companies, providing insights into profitability, capital allocation, and potential areas for operational improvements.
• Work with multiple departments to align financial strategies with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• MBA in Real Estate Finance preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex financial models.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or investment analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools.
