About the role
The Finance Associate will support venture fund accounting, financial reporting, valuations, investor communications, and transaction activities. They will partner with finance and investment teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, portfolio analysis, and operational support across multiple investment funds.
Responsibilities
- Support venture fund accounting and financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Manage and maintain investment portfolio valuations
- Communicate with investors regarding financial performance and strategy
- Assist with due diligence and transaction activities
- Contribute to operational support for multiple investment funds
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from a four-year college/university with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- 1-2 years of public accounting or related in-house finance experience
- Preferred exposure to investment partnership accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Able to handle confidential information
Qualifications
