Responsibilities
- Business partner with functional leaders across engineering, development, marketing, selling, systems, BES, and administrative teams. Provide objective, data-driven financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure alignment to financial commitments.
- Lead the planning, development, and consolidation of indirect expense budgets and forecasts.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Selling teams on budget development, including engineering and development projects, selling and marketing, advertising adherence, systems and BES investments, and unit administrative costs.
- Lead the capital planning process for Power Systems North America, including annual target setting, project-level investment planning, and monthly forecasting and adherence.
- Provide dedicated financial ownership of the Switchgear business, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial discipline and informed decision-making.
