Finance Associate (Dallas)

Position Overview

The Finance Associate position is available in the Dallas office of a leading national law firm. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or debt fund transactions, including secondary market transactions, repo lines, note sales, and traditional real estate finance matters.

Key Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• 3–4 years of relevant transactional experience
• Experience managing complex real estate finance deals
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in long-term career growth, with a strong associate-to-partner track record

Compensation

Competitive, estimated range $175,000 – $210,000, depending on experience and credentials
