The Role

• Advises clients on structured finance, real estate lending, and fund-related matters.
• Drafts, negotiates, and reviews loan agreements, security documents, and related finance transaction materials.
• Collaborates with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams to manage client deliverables.
• Contributes to business development initiatives and the growth of the practice.

Who You Are

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate finance, debt funds, or structured finance.
• Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible to sit for the Texas Bar).
