Finance Associate

Job Summary

The Finance Associate supports the OpCo operations and collaborates with SBS to resolve exceptions and issues. This role performs transactional and administrative duties.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the Region finance team in the monthly close process
• Collaborate with FP accounting to ensure a timely and accurate close
• Develop and deploy tools and processes across the organization
• Provide support cross-functionally with all departments on local and corporate initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education And Technical Skills

• Required: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, root-cause analysis for solving customer disputes, proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/finance software, ERP Systems (Workday or similar), and workflow systems

Physical Demands

• Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear
• Frequent sitting and reaching with hands and arms
• Moderate noise level in the work environment
