Finance Associate
Summary
Record and report on financial transactions and prepare monthly reconciliations and subsidiary statements of the organization’s official financial records in computerized or manual form.
Essential Duties
- Process customer invoices and investigate billing discrepancies.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasting.
- Maintain fixed asset register and manage new capital expenditure additions from proposal through to capitalization.
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions with the wider Kingspan Group.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Aid in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Identify costs saving opportunities and execute them.
- Leverage the use of SAP.
- Travel to other locations is required.
- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
- Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Preferred experience with SAP, Manufacturing industry, and Multi-national corporation with group reporting requirements.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret and adapt known methods, system procedures, or operating concepts to new situations, and the ability to identify and resolve related issues.
- Detail-oriented.
- Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems diplomatically.
- Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.

Computer Skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in all other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
