Recruiting for this role ends on 09/14/2026. Deloitte's Finance Transformation team seeks a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to work with clients on solving complex problems using AI and other advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify business issues and high-impact AI use cases
• Assess business processes using quantitative and qualitative techniques
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans
• Manage solution architecture planning, development, and post-implementation review
• Oversee AI solution deployment and ensure quality and performance outcomes
• Contribute to business development efforts
• Mentor and develop team members

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate or consulting environments
• 4+ years of experience in AI and technical solutions
• 4+ years of experience in finance processes
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance transformation and process improvement
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales activities
• 2+ years of experience identifying generative AI use cases
• 2+ years of experience mentoring and coaching junior staff
• Master's degree in a STEM field
• One or more relevant certifications
