Finance Analyst (US)

Closing Date: Friday 16th October 2026 Fueled by bold ambition. This role reports on our US HQ's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. In this role, you will manage financial journals, data entry, reconciliations, and assist with month-end processes. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing financial reports and perform analysis to support decision-making. Contribute to the preparation of periodic accounts, reconciling balance sheets and ensuring group reporting is submitted accurately and timelyWorking alongside the US Financial Accountant to implement finance processes at our US HQ - aligning to those in our UK Operations and ensuring they are streamlined, scalable, accurate and documented clearly to be digested by other stakeholdersCollaborate with departments to gather data and verify financial transactionsOperate day to day accounting - assisting with billing, accounts receivable, expense processing, cost accountingAssist with external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries. Support financial analysis activities to assist in decision-makingPrepare financial reports and summaries for internal use and management reviewIdentify opportunities for efficiency improvements within financial processes Requirements What do we need from you? CPA Qualified or equivalentHigh attention to detailThorough knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and proceduresHigh resilience with experience in working in a changeable environment with competing deadlinesExperience with ERP systems, preferably IFSExperience in an organization that conducts internal manufacturing A team like no other.
