About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Houston, TX, in a hybrid capacity requiring on-site presence 3-4 days per week. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives that contribute to the company’s profitability and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Operations leadership to develop insightful reports, identify financial opportunities, and support business transformation efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong analytical background to influence key business decisions and drive continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence 3-4 days per week in Houston, TX. Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs. Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs, and overall business improvement. Partner with Operations leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis best practices. Support corporate FP&A processes, initiatives, and reporting within the Operations organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate finance environmentExperience in reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modelingStrong commercial focus with exposure to multiple business functions and excellent business partnering skillsProficiency in Excel, including VBA; experience with data visualization software and SQL is preferred Responsibilities Create comprehensive reporting suites that enable insights for finance and business teams, partnering with field finance teams to develop KPIs that explain performance and facilitate proactive P&L managementProvide detailed business insights to corporate FP&A on monthly and quarterly results versus plan and forecastSupport the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the US Foodservice organizationAssist in the monthly and quarterly business review processes to ensure accurate financial analysis and reportingIdentify margin, cost, and efficiency opportunities to enhance financial performancePerform ad-hoc analytics and build financial models to support strategic initiativesSupport business transformation metrics and track their impact on P&L resultsUtilize VBA and other tools to develop standardized, flexible Excel-based reports for multi-dimensional analysisLeverage data analytics to draw actionable conclusions and present operational insights to facilitate timely executive decision-makingMake strategic recommendations based on data analytics and predictive modeling to address business challenges and opportunities Benefits Competitive salary packageHealth, dental, and vision insurance plansRetirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveProfessional development and training opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements and work-life balance initiatives Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
