Finance Analyst

Position Overview This role is a key leader within the finance team, focused on developing analytical tools, metrics, and reports to support decision-making and financial planning. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and financial review packages, analyzing actual versus forecasted P&L variances, and supporting business reporting for management accountability. The role involves automating and streamlining reporting processes using tools like Hyperion, Cognos, and Excel, and providing insights to senior management. Key Duties Prepare budgets and financial review packages, providing insights into financial results and key metrics.Support strategic business decisions by developing forecasts and plans, analyzing financial results, and identifying risks and opportunities.Analyze variances from forecasts, communicate findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions.Develop and track key performance indicators and supporting analysis to evaluate trends and assumptions.Identify process improvements to enhance financial planning accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with controllership and ensure compliance with financial policies.Deliver timely, accurate financial results and reports. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.At least three years in finance or accounting, with strong Excel skills.Excellent planning, organization, communication, and project management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and interact with senior management.Results-oriented, detail-focused, with analytical and process improvement skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, and financial planning systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This role requires onsite work at a designated location, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with leadership to drive operational excellence.
